José Giraldo, the farmer and producer for this coffee, is one of the most meticulous and genius coffee producers we have ever had the opportunity of presenting to you  Although this is a “washed” coffee there is nothing plain, or ordinary within it at all. It is a coffee that is so balanced yet very complex - it boasts both deep sweet chocolate notes, while also having balanced citrus notes of grapefruit and oranges
